| Philip D. Nichols
— President
Phil Nichols is the President of The Phil Nichols Company and is
responsible for all management and leadership functions of the company.
His experience includes more than 20 years of planning, constructions
and development of high end custom home projects in the United States
Midwest/Western regions.
His construction and development experience began with his Father,
a custom home builder and developer of 35 years, and encompasses
more than 650 residences that bear the Nichols name. Phil’s
development experience includes multiple ground-up projects on more
than 300 acres from initial conception to successful completion.
Since 1995, he has owned and managed "TPNC" of
Scottsdale, AZ specializing in luxury residential construction.
Having built many of the finest residences in the Valley of the
Sun, Phil is committed to a higher level of quality construction
and management. Phil is a member of the National Association of Home
Builders (NAHB) and the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona
(HBACA). Phil resides in Scottsdale, Arizona along with his
wife Jennifer and their three young children. |

Cynthia "Cindy" S. Gerboth
— Financial Controller
Cindy Gerboth is the Financial Controller of The Phil Nichols Company
and her duties include all financial aspects of the company. She
also will be dealing with our homeowners and sub-contractors on the
financial level. She has, up to now, worked for paving/grading/underground
contractors here in the Phoenix area, and so is very much looking
forward to “witnessing” all of the different phases of
custom home building.
She has over 18 years experience in the construction accounting
field. The last ten years she “graduated” to the controller
position. She moved to Phoenix from a short stint in California and
had moved to California from Indiana where she had lived for a number
of years. Cindy graduated from Mid-America Nazarene College in Olathe,
Kansas with an A.A. in Education. She then went on to Indiana Business
College in Lafayette, Indiana to earn her accounting certificate. |

| Beth Trefil
— Construction Administration/Coordinator
Beth Trefil is the Project Administrator for the company and her
responsibilities include coordination and managing information within
the design and build team which includes the Client, Architect, Interior
Designer, and Builder. Her key focus is to maintain close relationships
with our subcontractors and manage the bidding process during each
phase of the project.
Beth is a graduate from the Herberger College of Fine Arts from
Arizona State University. She graduated with honors in 2003
and later did several freelance illustrations/publications. |

| Arthur "Art" C. Tillotson — Project
Manager/ Field Superintendent
Art Tillotson is responsible for on-site management and field activities
of the company’s high end custom homes in communities such
as Desert Mountain, Estancia and Whisper Rock. Art’s experience
began in his home state of Texas where he attended the University
of Texas Arlington majoring in Architecture. As owner of his own
building and development company, Art completed more than 100 custom
homes ranging in size up to 6,000 sq. ft. Art’s talents took
him to the Beverly Hills and Orange County areas of California where
he excelled in building private residences up to $6.5 million in
value. Relocating to the Sonoran Desert of Arizona with his family,
his experience includes many luxury homes in such exclusive areas
as Estancia and Desert Mountain. |

| Mark A. Engdall
— Project Manager/Field Superintendent
Mark Engdall is responsible for on-site management and field activities
of the company’s high end custom homes in communities such
as Desert Mountain, Estancia and DC Ranch. Mark’s 24 years
of building experience includes many luxury custom homes and villas
in North Scottsdale for sophisticated clients and designers, including
difficult work-out projects. His homes under management range in
price from $500,000 to more than $4,000,000 where Mark is proficient
in all phases of construction, building site layout, mechanicals
and close-out. Good communication and relationships with subcontractors
are strong suits. Mark, with his family, continues to live in Phoenix
and participate in the luxury residential housing market. |
